This Application, produced by "Torhazahav" is compatible with all kinds of iOS devices, iPhone iPad and iPod, from iOS 5.0 version.

Please note: the use of this application is completely free! The number of registrations for flight alerts has been limited to 5 per 24 hours, in order to preserve the best bandwidth for the normal fair users.

Flight Table

The Flight Table from Heathrow airport is displayed on this App for free usage, for the normal fair users only. The data is collected from various sources automatically and displayed for you in real-time. For the avoidance of doubt, the data sources origin is produced by the airways companies, and is in their exclusive responsibility.



The Flights Table is displayed for you in a well-designed user interface for your convenience; you can minimize the flights list by typing part of the flight code or airport city (origin in Departures case and destination city in Arrivals).

Flight Status Alerts

The Flight Status Alerts service gives you the opportunity to receive real-time updates upon flights time-table modifications or terminal changes for your flights, directly to your iOS device (iPhone/iPad) using Push Notifications or to your Email mail-box.
There is no need for pre-registration to this service, all you have to do in order to receive Flight Status Alerts for free is to click on the Setup Flight Alert button on the second screen (Flight Details) and on Complete Flight Alert setup on the third screen (Setup Flight Alert).

Once you've comepleted the registration for the service (confirming the click on the third screen button) you will receive notifications per any change on flights schedule or terminal number, directly to your iOS device (iPhone/iPad) if you've selected Push Notifications as a communicaiton channel, or through Emails if you've selected Emails as a communicaiton channel (setting both comminucation channels is possible and even recommended).

Please note: in order to receive notifications for your flight, your device has to be connected to the Internet! claims for missing notifications will not be accepted, hence the user must not rely on this service exclusively and is directed by this to check the flight status himself from time to time.

App Usage

Arrivals and Departures table screens display compact view of flight details. On the table top you can search for flight code or airport city name (origin in case of Arrivals and destination in case of Departures), and minimize table list by typing part of the flight code or city name.
The table is refreshed automatically every 3 minutes, and you can initiate refresh yourself by pulling the table fast downward or clicking the refresh button on the right edge of the top bar.

Selection of a flight from the flights table list will take you to the next screen - Flight Details.

Flight Details screen layout the important details for your flight: Flight Code, Airpot City (origin in Arrivals and destination in Departures), Planned Date of the flight, terminal in Heathrow where the flight takes off (Departures) or landing (Arrivals), and current Flight Status.

If you would like to receive notifications about flight schedule or terminal change, you can reach the following Flight Alert registration screen by clicking on the button "Click to setup Flight Alert". Alternatively, you can go back to the Flights Table by clicking the back button.

Setup Flight Alert screen gives you the possibility to choose one or two communication channels for granting real-time notifications upon any change on your flight schedule or terminal. All you have to do is turning on the relevant switch (email or push notifications - you can set them both), and fill in your Email address in case you're interested in receiving notifications through Emails (please make sure you're typing the Email address correctly).


Short description about each notification channel for Flight Alert:

Push Notifications to your iPhone/iPad: choosing this communicaiton channel for Flight Alerts will operate Push Notifications which will display directly on your device screen with a default sound alert (similar to other notifications based Apps like the popular Whatsapp application, etc.) Please note that in the settings of your device you can disable push notifications for this specific app, therefore you need to enable push notifications for this app during installation phase - or later on by changing the Push Notifications state for this App on the device settings to Enable mode. (feel free to Email us if you can't find out how to do it)

Email: in order to receive Emails for any Flight Schedule change or terminal change for your flight, you should set the Emails switch to ON mode and fill in the correct Email address in the Emails text field. Please note that the first Email will be sent to you after completing flight alert setup - if you didn't get any Email within a minute from completing the Flight Alert setup then you might look in your spam email folder and mark the sender as not spam, so you will be able to receive Flight Alerts notifications from us to your Email inbox.




In each communicaiton method you've selected (Push Notifications or Emails) you shall receive the first Flight Status within a minute after approving Flight Alert for this specific flight. Please make sure you've indeed received this first flight status message in order to make sure you can rely on your device to display further flight alerts to you.
